The Easter holidays are almost here and so we’ve pulled together some ideas to help you make the most of the break.

Get Hunting

There are lots of organised hunts happening in towns and villages all over the UK or you can simply organise a hunt around the house (great for rainy days), in your garden or even at the local park.

As well as local hunts & the DIY options, the National Trust and Cadburys have teamed up to help you spend your Easter holidays running through muddy woodlands, around mystical lakes and along nature trails on a Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt 2018. With over 250 hunts running there is bound to be near you, take a look here: https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/features/join-the-cadbury-easter-egg-hunts

Get Cooking

Bunny cupackes, hedgehog bread and rice pop donuts! If you’re looking for a creative cooking project to do with the kids this Easter take a look at these lovely ideas from BBC Good Food and let us know how they turn out !

Get Moving

Getting out the house doesn’t have to mean spending money. Take a look at the Woodland Trust website to access some great downloadable woodland walks, with over 1000 sites across the country, take a look to see what on offer near you. https://www.woodlandtrust.org.uk/visiting-woods/

Get Creative

Do you have any spare boxes lying around? Why not make use of them for a fun craft project? Turn a box into a boat, a robot or even make your own TV for hours of indoor fun. If you want to do some Easter themed crafts then how about decorating your own Easter egg. You could use chocolate, foam or just a hard boiled egg and challenge the whole family to come up with their most creative ideas.
